A Circle Session consists of a circle meditation, a light vegetarian meal and artistic offerings. The circle meditation, due to the presence of children, will only be a ten to fifteen minute silent meditation in a circle.  Nothing is chanted or spoken.  This is one of the most neutral and universal forms of ritual for human souls of different faiths.  Participants have the option to sit on the floor or on chairs depending on their level of physical comfort. There will be fun to be had by ALL!!!
