Circle Sessions consist of a circle meditation, a vegetarian meal, artistic offerings and a constructive forum. The circle meditation component is simply a ten to twenty minute silent meditation in a circle. Nothing is chanted or spoken. This is one of the most neutral and universal forms of ritual for human souls of different faiths. Participants have the option to sit on the floor or on chairs depending on their level of physical comfort.
